Emergency work is billed based on Time and Materials — meaning the total cost includes the time spent on-site (billed hourly) plus any materials used. A 2-hour minimum is charged for all emergency visits. To check our availability and response time, or hourly rating, feel free to call us at 857-269-8436.

How can I get a quote for my project? Is it free?

Yes, we offer free quotes for residential and commercial projects. You can call us or use our website's contact form to schedule a visit. We’ll assess your needs and provide a clear estimate, with no obligation.

Can you help with planning and lighting design?

Definitely. We’ve helped homeowners and builders design custom lighting layouts for kitchens, landscapes, home theaters, and more — with great results. If you need help planning functionality and aesthetics, we’re happy to assist.

Do you handle service upgrades or panel replacements?

Yes — this is one of our specialties. We’ve completed dozens of service upgrades, panel replacements, and meter relocations. We ensure all work meets the latest NEC requirements and utility standards, with a focus on safety, neatness, and long-term reliability.

Can you coordinate with other trades on site?

Absolutely. We're often praised for our clear communication and coordination with general contractors, plumbers, HVAC techs, and finish trades. We understand the importance of staying on schedule and keeping everyone aligned.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept check as our preferred method, but we also take cash, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle for your convenience. Payment terms will be outlined clearly in your estimate.

Is a deposit required before starting work?

Yes. For smaller projects, we typically require 50% upfront and the remaining 50% upon completion. For larger or multi-phase jobs, our standard terms are 40% to start, 40% at midpoint, and 20% upon final inspection or delivery. Payment terms are always clearly outlined in your proposal.

Do you offer any warranty on your work?

Yes. Under Massachusetts state law, all electrical work comes with a 1-year warranty on labor and installation. At ACE Services, we stand behind our work and aim to address any concerns quickly and professionally.

Can you provide references or examples of similar past work?

Absolutely. We've worked with numerous satisfied homeowners and contractors on custom homes, remodels, and commercial builds. Just reach out and we’ll gladly share examples or connect you with past clients for feedback.

How do you handle changes in scope or last-minute requests?

We believe in full transparency. Any changes to the original scope are clearly communicated through a written change order proposal, including price and timeline adjustments. No additional work is performed without your approval first.
